World Police & Fire Games

The World Police & Fire Games is a biennial athletics event. Similar to the Olympics, the WPFG is a series of competitions for police officers, fire fighters, customs officers, and other similar professions to display their athletic prowess.

When the Calgary WPFG committee entered their bid for the 2013 games, they needed a logo that would represent the city to athletes from around the world. We decided to design a logo that featured an athlete who could represent all groups involved with the games. The figure also resembles one of Calgary's most famous landmarks, the Calgary Tower.
