Rothney Astrophysical Observatory

• Logo Design (contest winner)

The University of Calgary's Rothney Astrophysical Observatory is home to three telescopes, including one of Canada's largest.

The observatory needed a new logo to coincide with the opening of their new Visitor's Centre. When designing the logo, we kept in mind the various applications that it might be used for. From pens to banners, t-shirts to letterhead, the logo is easy and inexpensive to reproduce, due to its single colour design.
